Our Planning Process Explained
1 ~ Start the Conversation
Complete the online form or call us on [your number] to begin planning your trip. This first step allows us to understand your travel ideas, preferences, budget and approximate dates. The more we learn about the type of experience you're hoping for, the better we can begin shaping the journey ahead.
2 ~ We Prepare Your Travel Plan
Once we receive your information, we begin researching and designing your travel plan. We gather the details, explore the best options, and prepare the foundations of your itinerary so we can present thoughtful ideas and possibilities when we meet.
3 ~ Your Personal Consultation
We then meet with you in person or via FaceTime to present your personalised travel proposal. During this consultation we walk through the itinerary together, discuss your options, answer any questions, and make sure the journey feels exactly right for you.
4 ~ Secure Your Journey
If you're happy with the proposal, we take a deposit to secure your travel arrangements and begin confirming the bookings.

If any adjustments are needed, we refine the proposal and schedule another appointment to present the updated itinerary.
A Final Note
There are no consultation fees. The first payment you make is simply the deposit to confirm your trip.
Our real enjoyment comes from planning your journey and helping you experience the world. From our very first conversation, you'll discover the genuine passion we have for travel and the care we take in making every trip memorable.
Deposits Paid at Consultation
Due to the dynamic nature of the travel industry, pricing and availability may change until bookings are confirmed and your TTC Ready to Travel Confirmation is sent.
In the unlikely event that prices or availability change between consultation and booking confirmation, we will contact you immediately to discuss the updated options before proceeding.
If the revised arrangements are not acceptable, your deposit will be refunded in full. This does not apply to a change of mind after travel arrangements have been confirmed.
